Sebenernya sih ada alasan aku buka blog lagi. Mau tau apa gitu alasannya?!?!?!?! Ehee,iya soalnya blog ini mau aku pake buat yah apa gitu tentang sekolah gitu... Hm ya gitu.

Sarapan Yuk

Kalo pagi pada sarapan ga nih? Uh kalo aku sih jujur ga tiap hari,apalagi kalo hari sekolah mana sempet,minum aja engga =_= Nih nih kalo mau tau sarapan itu apa :

Sarapan atau makan pagi adalah makanan yang disantap pada pagi hari. Waktu sarapan dimulai dari pukul 06.00 pagi sampai dengan pukul 10.00 pagi. Sarapan merupakan waktu makan yang paling penting dan sangat dianjurkan untuk dipenuhi, karena alasan kesehatan. Dianjurkan menyantap makanan yang ringan bagi kerja perncernaan, sehingga dianjurkan untuk mengkonsumsi makanan yang memiliki kadarserat tinggi dengan protein yang cukup namun dengan kadar lemak rendah.

-> Hoaaam sebenernya penting yah,cuma kalo udah buru-buru kan jadi ga sempet HeHeHe. Oiyaa,biasanya kalo pagi pada sarapan apa nih? pilih menunya

Kalo aku sih emang lebih sering makan kelompok nasi goreng atau nasi-nasi-an. Wahahaha apaan nasi-nasi-an?-_- Yah pokoknya yang pake nasi lah,maklum Indonesia asli jadi kalo makan pasti lebih kenyang dengan yang pake nasi hahaha, how bout u? Yang mana,yang biasanya kalian pake sarapan? Menu 1,2,atau 3?
